A. Authorization to grant the Town Administrator and or his delegate to enter into an agreement and sign any and or all documents with Southern Fiber Construction and Management Co, LLC, for the Goat Island water/sewer Project Division A.
B. Authorization for Administrator to make a grant application with USDA for police cars with up to a 20% match.
