Raymond Wilson Howell, 69, husband of Vicky Anne Brock Howell, died Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at MUSC Charleston.
Born October 1, 1953, in Lakeland, GA, he was a son of the late George Robert Howell and the late Virginia Wilson Howell. He was retired from the US Air Force and he was the former owner and operator of Farmers Propane Company.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years of Santee; two daughters, Raynee Warren (Stephen) of Manning and Amy Marie Howell of White Salmon, WA; three grandchildren, Joshua Warren (Emily) of Sumter, Michael Warren and Stevie Elizabeth Warren, both of Manning; a sister, Martha Diaz-Rodriguez (Luis) of Jacksonville, FL; four nephews; and four nieces.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by twin granddaughters, Logan Marie & Victoria Anne Warren; and two brothers, James Franklin & George Wayne Howell.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2022, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with Troy Allen officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from noon to 1 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home.
