NOTICE is hereby given that this Action has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Clarendon County and the nature of the Action is to Quiet Title and Partition Real Estate owned by the Petitioners and the Respondents, more particularly described as follows: All that piece, parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate in Clarendon County, South Carolina, containing 104.04 acres, more or less, and bounding now or formerly as follows: On the North by Beach Lake Properties, LLC; on the East by the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 301 / 15; on the South by lands of Emma Gen Robinson; on the West by lands of Aaron Gipson, lands of Virgil Smith, lands of Larry and Lynda Lee, lands of Walter Minor, lands of Gerard Magnan, Sr., lands of James and Claudia Dent, lands of Jody Cline, lands of Mitchell Delilah and by lands of Lakeside Outreach Ministry. For a more particular description of said tract, reference may be had to a plat of the estate of lands of Sam Robinson made by H. F. Oliver & Associates dated September 24, 1984, recorded in the Office of the RMC for Clarendon County in Plat Book 36 at Page 116 on 6 June 1985.
