Saturday, May 18, the weather decided to cooperate long enough for New Zion to host the annual Palmetto Pickle Music Festival.
This year the Festival played host to South Carolina native band Charlie Floyd as opening act putting on an exciting show ahead of headliner Sawyer Brown. Sawyer Brown was founded in 1981 and got their big break in 1984 after winning the national television talent show ‘Star Search’ the band signed with Capitol Records.
This years festival also included a corn hole tournament with a cash payout and several food trucks.
