The Heirs of Dan Simon and Mose Simon and John Doe, representing a class of individuals who are the heirs of Dan Simon or Mose Simon and any unknown individual claiming an interest in or lien upon the real estate described in the complaint herein, Defendants. TO: THE DEFENDANTS ABOVE NAMED AND SUCH OTHER PERSONS AS MAY BE CONCERNED: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN than an action has been commenced and is now pending in this Court upon the Complaint of the Plaintiff above named against Defendants above named for the purpose of partitioning the following property: All that certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with any improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in the County of Clarendon, State of South Carolina, containing 12.3 acres, more or less, and being a portion of that 18.7 acre tract shown and designated as Tract No. 7 on that certain plat prepared by Sykes and Coffey, Surveyors, dated February 24, 1950 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Clarendon County in Plat Book 14 at Page 16. Less However, that 6.43 acre tract conveyed to Thomas L. Mouzon by deed dated April 6, 2009, and recorded April 23, 2009 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Clarendon County in Deed Book A-731 at Page 67. Pursuant to Section 30-5-250 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976, as amended), reference to said plat is hereby craved for the metes, bounds, courses and distances of the property delineated thereon. This tract is shown on the maps for Clarendon County as Tax Parcel #258-00-02-009-00. This property was conveyed to Plum Branch Properties, LLC by David R. Roach by deed dated February 24, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Clarendon County in Deed Book 912 at Page 241 on March 2, 2015.
