The Manning Police Department is currently looking for the man pictured here.
Chief Blair Shaffer said the man allegedly walked up to a 9-year-old girl in Walmart about 11:30 a.m. Saturday and grabbed her twice on the buttocks.
"He didn't say anything to her," Shafer said. "The girl told her great-grandmother, who approached him."
The woman told police that he denied doing anything and left the store.
"We are trying to verify a vehicle that he got in," Shaffer said.
