LMA lacrosse team brings home win from Camden


At an away game in Camden on Mar. 7, the varsity lacrosse Swampcats fell behind earlier in the 1st Quarter training 2-1.  The offense came alive in the 2nd quarter scoring 5 goals, taking a 6-2 lead into half time.  The second half saw the offense dominate the game and the Swampcats defense closing down the Camden Military offense allowing just 5 shots on goal.  Jordan Ives led the offense with 4 goals, 2 assists and 5 recoveries, Camdyn Stricker, Maverick Shepker and Hunter Morris had 2 goals each.  The stifling defense of Nik Ambrossio, Gavin Brown and Noah Tucker kept Camden to 2 goals on 7 total shots, while attaining 13 recoveries.
