Madelyn Heathcott was crowned Miss Puddin' Swamp Festival 2017 on Saturday night at East Clarendon High School in Turbeville. Anna Logan Hicks was 1st runner-up, while Delaney Cranshaw was 2nd runner-up and Kimmie McCall was 3rd runner-up. Heathcott was also voted Most Beautiful. Hicks was voted Best Hair. Cranshaw received three awards, including Best Smile, Most Photogenic and Best Dressed.
