Justin Lindsay, a Manning resident, was arrested on charges of solicitation of a minor on Monday. The 30 year old was also charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and dissemination of obscene material to a person under the age of 18. It has been stated that Lindsay solicited a minor for sex, sent sexually explicit images to a minor, and encouraged the minor to send sexually explicit images to him. Lindsay could face up to 40 years in prison for the crimes if found guilty. The arrest was made by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Attorney General's Office.
