Florida men charged with forgery, possession of forgery devices

Two Florida men were arrested June 6 by the Sumter County Sheriff's Office and charged with one count each of financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card forgery and criminal possession of financial card forgery devices. According to reports, Yaniel L. Dominguez, 25, of 7005 W. Third Ave. in Hialeah, Florida, and Yordany Cuervo, 30, of 6765 W. Second Ave. in Hialeah, were stopped near the 135 mile-marker on Interstate 95, near the Clarendon-Sumter line. Deputies reported finding multiple devices allegedly used to counterfeit debit and credit cards in the vehicle in which the men were traveling.
