Clyde Smith Bryce Jr., 75, husband of Kathy Yvonne Miller Bryce, died Saturday, May 9, 2015, at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Born Aug. 18, 1939, in Florence, he was a son of the late Clyde Smith Bryce, Sr. and the late Willie Mae Tyner Bryce. He was past president of the Florence Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow and a member of Manning United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of Manning; two sons, Clyde Smith Bryce III (Kerry) of Manning and William Russell Carter (Emily) of Florence; two daughters, Meg Bryce Jiunnies (Jay) of Florence and Charlotte Yvonne Elder of Charlotte, NC; eight grandchildren, Meghan, Maggie, Greyson, Chandler, Tyner, Michael, Addison and Leia; and many loved and special cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at Manning United Methodist Church with the Rev. Randy Smith officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wil Bryce, Tyner Jiunnies, Chandler Bryce, Paul Kelly, Steve Morgan and Bubby Webster.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
