A 35-year-old man living in the 1000 block of Roosevelt Drive in Summerton reported a break-in at his home about 11:24 p.m. Thursday. The man told deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office that he went to a laundromat about 6 p.m. and came back about 10 p.m. to find the curtain in his bathroom moved into the sink. He said it was not like that when he left. Inv. Eric Rosdail reported a screen in the bathroom window was ripped, and there was a handprint in the window as if someone was trying to lift it to get inside. Nothing was reportedly taken from the home.
