VIDEO - Manning High School Student Council Virtual Scrapbook

From Manning High School:

Every year Student Council Historians creates a scrapbook to highlight their events, activities, & community service. The scrapbooks are entered for a chance to win the Scrapbook Competition at the annual Student Council State Convention. This year's scrapbook was completed by our Student Body Historian; Lorena Sanchez with the assistance of the Senior Class Historian Amya Hilton. Although this year was completely different for students, they still accomplished A LOT! I invite you to view MHS Student Council 1st ever virtual scrapbook.

Lorena was asked what inspired her to create a virtual scrapbook & her response was "My inspiration for making a virtual scrapbook comes from the times we are in right now. I thought it would be a really good idea to make the scrapbook a virtual one to represent our organization's ability to adapt and move forward with what we've got. The scrapbook also serves as a reminder & memory of who we truly are as a student organization." - Lorena Sanchez Student Body Historian

Lorena also told what she liked best about student council "The best part of Student Council are the connections & relationships you build within & outside of the organization. You meet lots of people & get to be part of a family that always makes you feel included & supported."
