The upcoming performance of Vengeance, Turn It Over to Jesus, originally scheduled to take place at Weldon Auditorium on June 7, has been cancelled due to low ticket sales. The play, written and directed by Jacqueline Sutton-Ball, will now be performed at Patriot Hall in Sumter on August 23, 2025, at 3 p.m.

Vengeance, Turn It Over to Jesus tells the emotionally charged story of Mark and Teresa, a married couple struggling with trust and betrayal. The play explores themes of love, pain, and the hope for forgiveness, featuring a strong cast of actors including Patrice Lovely, Jeffery Lewis, Maurice Lauchner, and Joe Tucker.

“We are disappointed that we couldn’t bring the production to Weldon Auditorium as initially planned, but we are excited to announce the new date and venue,” said Sutton-Ball. “Patriot Hall in Sumter offers us a great space to showcase the powerful story of Vengeance and give our audience the experience it deserves.”

Tickets for the show, originally available at Weldon Auditorium and Imports LTD in Sumter, will now be sold through Patriot Hall. For more information or to purchase tickets, visitors can contact the venue at (803) 436-2260 or visit their website.

“We look forward to seeing the community come out to support this meaningful play in August,” Sutton-Ball added.

The production is part of Sutton Glory Ministries Productions, co-owned by Jacqueline and Lorenzo Sutton-Ball. The company continues to create impactful theatrical experiences with faith-based themes, giving God the Glory in every performance.
