Vendor registration opens for Waterfowl Heritage Festival

Posted

Vendor registration is now open for the 2026 Waterfowl Heritage Festival, the newly renamed event continuing the longtime DuckFest tradition this fall.

The festival will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the South Carolina Waterfowl Association Wildlife Education Center in Pinewood.

Organizers are accepting registrations for food vendors, craft vendors and informational booths, with powered and non-powered spaces available.

Food vendor spaces are $100 without power and $125 with power. Powered spaces include access to a 50-amp outlet, and availability is limited.

Craft vendor spaces are $60 without power and $80 with power, while informational booth spaces are $25 without power and $45 with power. Vendors in those categories may bring their own power or reserve a powered space, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The festival will also include a Waterfowl Gear Market, where participants can sell gently used hunting, waterfowl and outdoor gear. Firearms will not be permitted.

Formerly known as DuckFest, the Waterfowl Heritage Festival will continue the event’s focus on South Carolina’s waterfowl, conservation and outdoor traditions. This year’s festival will feature a duck call competition, sporting clays tournament, Kids Zone, live music, food trucks and other activities.

Admission to the festival is free, with parking $10 per vehicle.

Vendor registration and additional information are available online through the festival’s registration page.
