Clarendon Hall’s varsity softball team improved to 2-0 Tuesday night defeating Holly Hill Academy 12-2. Colleen McIntosh picked up the win in the circle striking out 7 while only giving up 2 hits, 1 walk and an earned run. Offensively for the Lady Saints Amberly Way had a triple, inside the park homerun and 4 RBI’s. McKenley Wells had 2 hits with a double. Bailey Corbett, Colleen McIntosh, McKenzie Bagnal, and Peyton Davis each had a hit.
On Monday the Lady Saints defeated Jefferson Davis Academy 18-8. Amberly Way picked up the win striking out 9 and giving up 4 hits, 3 walks, and only 1 earned run. Way lead the offense with 3 doubles and 2 RBI’s. McKenley Wells had 3 hits and 2 RBI’s. Colleen McIntosh had 2 hits with 3 RBI’s. Bailey Corbett and Hannah Johndrow each had a hit and a double.
