Community members gather along Historic North Brooks Street in downtown Manning on Thursday, Jan. 22, for the annual Soups, Stews, and Sweets event, sampling soups, stews and sweet treats from local restaurants and businesses while enjoying music, conversation and a festive winter atmosphere. The event, hosted by the Clarendon County Chamber of Commerce, featured multiple tasting stops along Brooks Street and brought residents and visitors together for an evening of food and fellowship.
