Second wanted criminal sexual misconduct suspect extradited from North Carolina

 Matthew Brian Sowards, who was wanted by the Manning Police Department, has been denied bond following his extradition from North Carolina on June 11th. Sowards is currently being held at the Clarendon County Detention Center.

Sowards, along with Kenon Daquan Stallworth, is facing charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor in the First Degree. Sowards' extradition comes as part of an ongoing investigation by the Manning Police Department.

Stallworth was previously extradited from the Transylvania County Jail in Brevard, North Carolina, to Clarendon County on February 22. He was arrested and charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree. Stallworth's bond was set at $75,000 during a hearing on February 23, and he was released after posting bond the same day.

As of now, Stallworth remains out on bond, and a court date for his case has not yet been scheduled.
