Available drawings include multi-site, unrestricted multi-site, Webb Wildlife Center gun, Webb antlerless-only, Webb archery and South Fenwick Island archery hunts.
Each adult drawing operates independently and maintains separate preference points. Youth deer drawings do not use preference points. Applicants may select up to 15 preferred hunt sites for each drawing.
The unrestricted multi-site option includes Bear Island, Bonneau Ferry, Donnelley and Ramsey Grove wildlife management areas, where there are no antler restrictions.
The regular multi-site option includes Belfast, Botany Bay, Coosawhatchie, Hamilton Ridge and Palachucola wildlife management areas, as well as Wateree River Heritage Preserve. Antler restrictions apply at those locations.
Youth ages 10 to 17 may apply for youth-only deer hunts, which are offered at no cost. There is no application fee or license requirement for participants younger than 16. Those ages 16 and 17 must have a junior sportsman’s license at the time of the hunt.
Webb antlerless-only hunts last 2½ days. Lodging is not provided, but primitive camping is available at the Palachucola or Hamilton Ridge wildlife management areas for selected applicants during their scheduled hunts.
Hunters may use stands already on the Webb property or bring their own. Only antlerless deer may be taken, and tags will be provided. The drawing maintains separate preference points.
