Robert Meek Falls, Sr., 81, died Thursday, December 12, 2019, in Lexington.
Born April 11, 1938, in Blacksburg, he was a son of the late A.Z. Falls and the late Callie Martin Falls. He was a US Army veteran and he was a retired Lieutenant with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
He is survived by his son, Robert M. Falls, Jr. (Cindy); the mother of his son, Sandra Bradshaw Falls; two grandsons, Robert M. Falls III and Grady McWhite, all of Manning; a granddaughter, Taylor Falls Baxley (Brandon) of Pinewood; and a sister, Margaret Jane Falls of Gaffney.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, A.Z. Falls, Jr., David Kenneth Falls, Glenn McGill Falls and John Charles Falls; and three sisters, Pauline Falls Wilburn, Bennie Falls Stackhouse and Sarah Falls Hammett.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2019, in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Patrick Goodwin officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home.
