The owners of a missing dog are offering a $1,000 reward for her safe return after she disappeared from the Raccoon Road area between U.S. 301 and the roundabout.
Lucy, a small black-and-white Shih Tzu, has been missing for three days, according to her owners. They are "heartbroken" and are offering the reward with no questions asked.
Anyone with information about Lucy's whereabouts is encouraged to contact her owners, Robert and Cindy Falls, at 803-410-1249.
