The Miss South Carolina Volunteer and Miss South Carolina Teen Volunteer Pageants will feature a Princess Pals Program for young ladies ages of 4-12. The Princess Pals Program is a mentoring program that connects young princesses to Miss and Teen contestants in the Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant. The princesses will learn valuable lessons such as confidence, social skills and good manners.

Princess Committee Chair Kendra Melton is thrilled and proud to be a part of such a wonderful program. “I’m so excited to be a part of the Princess Pals Program and to be able to work with these beautiful young ladies,” Melton said. “The Princess Pals can participate in evening gown with either a Miss or Teen contestant and be featured in their very own production number. Lots of great things to come!”

The Miss South Carolina Volunteer Pageant and Miss South Carolina Volunteer Teen Pageant will be held October 21-23 at the Twichell Auditorium on the campus of Converse University in Spartanburg with $15,000 in education scholarships being awarded.
