The City of Lake City Police Department is investigating the discovery of a deceased individual in the city limits. Family members had reported the individual missing on Saturday, and police initiated a search for the individual.
The missing person was discovered by law enforcement Tuesday morning at about 11:30 a.m. There is no indication of foul play at this time, and further information will be released when available.
