The Business Development Corporation of Clarendon County will be accepting bids for a farming lease on property tract numbers 1324, 1325, and 67.11 located within the Mega Site off Hwy 527 in Gable, SC. This lease includes approximately 127.3 acres of cleared and undeveloped land to be leased for farming purposes. Interested parties should submit bids via email no later than Monday, February 2, 2026.
