The atmosphere was electric as chants of "Black and gold" and "Number 1" filled the air, rallying the boys as they boarded the bus. The Monarchs face the Barnwell Warhorses with a state championship berth on the line, riding high after their thrilling 34-21 victory over the Philip Simmons Iron Horses in the third round of playoffs.
