The Scott’s Branch Middle School Basketball team hosted the Hannah Pamplico Raiders. The Eagles got off to an early lead with a first quarter finish of Eagles 14 Raiders 0. Lead by their Coach Mr. Eric Caldwell.
Coach Caldwell stated, “The Raiders are the team we played last year in winning the championship. Our team got off to a great start, with the Raiders unable to combat our offensive prowess. After which we had the rest of the team substitute in and out and kept us going through the entire game. We had a great offensive and defensive presence. Which enabled us to defeat the Raiders by 21 points. This was good team win, good team ball, good team defense. Every athlete played their role and we want to keep the momentum going for our game against Manning on Dec. 15.”
