Prescreening is not required, and specimen collection is free. Patients will be contacted within seventy-two hours with the results of their test.

The event will be held at the St. Paul Elementary School, 9297 Alex Harvin Highway, Summerton, SC 29148 on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“We are pleased to be able to offer increased access to COVID-19 testing to those in our community,” said Rachel Gainey, McLeod Health Clarendon Administrator. “Testing asymptomatic individuals without known exposure our hope is to better understand the extent of COVID-19 in our area and to help stop the spread in our communities”.

Other partners include Hope Health, Clarendon School District 1, Clarendon County Administration, Emergency Management and Sheriff’s Department, Mayor of Summerton Mac Bagnal, Mayor of Manning Julia Nelson, South Carolina Department of Transportation, South Carolina National Guard, South Carolina Army National Guard, and South Carolina Air National Guard.
