The Manning Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating a missing man who was last seen in January in the parking lot of Walmart on Paxville Highway.
According to an incident report, 39-year-old Christopher Julian was last seen near Walmart at 2010 Paxville Highway after walking away from contact with law enforcement. Authorities said the case was initially reported to the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office and later referred to Manning police.
