8. Ordinance No. 2021-08.  An Ordinance to annex a portion of County Tax Map #    

                   169-08-00-006-00, owned by Richard L. Ridgill, Trustee of the Dorothy B. Ridgill 

                   Living Trust dated March 11, 2009, located on Paxville Highway, to include all 

                   contiguous portions of all public rights of way, streets, and highways, pursuant to 

                   Section 5-3-110, Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976 as amended).

1. A Resolution Adopting an ADA Self-Evaluation and Transitional Plan for The City of       

                  Manning, SC.

1. A Resolution Adopting ADA Grievance Procedures for the City of Manning, SC.

1. Council approval to spend an additional $7,540 of ARP Funds for Broad Band Access  

                  to City Parks.

1. Council Approval go pick up cardboard for commercial businesses at an additional 

                  $40.00 per month.

1. Discussion of Council Appointments to Boards:

City of Manning Tree Board

Replacement needed to fill an un-expired term ending November 30, 2022.

            Replacement needed to fill two un-expired terms ending November 30, 2024.

                  contractual arrangements and proposed sale or purchase of property pursuant to S.C.
