McCord’s Ferry at Lake Marion, a 678-acre master-planned gated lakefront community near Santee, SC, will host a two-day open house celebration to allow exploration of its expansive 1,000-home development. The event will be hosted on Saturday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, May 21, from 12 to 3 p.m.
The open house will be held at McCord’s Ferry, located at 122 Twisted Oak Trail, Elloree, SC 29047. The event is free and open to the public. Visitors are encouraged to explore the neighborhood and enjoy the festivities, including music, raffles, giveaways and complimentary food and refreshments. The event will also feature sponsors CMG Loans and Weeks and Irvine, LLC.
