Henrietta Pompey Bennett, 90, widow of Jonathan Bennett, died Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at her residence. She was born August 2, 1934 in Manning, SC. A daughter of the late Richard and Henrietta Jayroe Pompey.
Public viewing will be held 2:00 PM til 6:00 PM Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, SC.
Homegoing services for Mrs. Bennett will take place 11:00 AM Friday, May 2, 2025, from the Pinegrove AME Church, Greeleyville, SC. Burial will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery.
