Hardhat Workforce Solutions will be holding a job fair at the Kingstree West 115 Solar Project, a 100 MWdc solar project to be constructed just west of Kingstree, South Carolina. We are looking for organized, driven candidates that are interested in gaining experience with solar construction!
When: 12/3/25, 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
Where: 2279 Manning Highway, Greeleyville, SC 29056. Tents and signage will be set up in our main parking lot located by the main office trailer.
We will be looking to fill the following positions:
General Labor
- Will be responsible for supporting construction crews by handling materials, assisting with installation activities, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Must be able to perform physical outdoor labor, operate basic hand tools, and follow direction from site supervisors to ensure efficient project progress.
Racking Installer
- Will be responsible for assembling and installing the structural racking systems that support solar modules. Must know how to use hand and power tools to align, bolt, and secure components while following layout drawings and supervisor direction to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe installation.
Light Equipment Operator
- Will be responsible for safely operating skid steer and forklift to move materials, support excavation and grading activities, and assist construction crews as needed. Must have knowledge performing pre-operation inspections, follow site safety protocols, and ensure precise, efficient equipment operation to support daily project progress.
