On June 06, 2021 at approximately 3:29 AM deputies with the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office and Clarendon County Fire/Rescue responded to a shooting call at Club Hollywood which is in the Paxville community in Clarendon County. Responding units discovered the correct incident location was 11166 Hwy 15/Bethel Hwy which is across the street from Club Hollywood. The victim, a 35-year-old male, was found to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to McCleod Health Clarendon and while in transport he succumbed to his wounds. The victim was pronounced deceased by Clarendon County Coroner Jacque Blackwell. The victim was identified as Bryant A. Bowman from the Manning area of Clarendon County.
