Connie Gene Robinson Wallace, 68, wife of Dr. Marshall Lynn Wallace, died Thursday, November 14, 2024, at her home.
Born April 5, 1956, in Charleston, she was the daughter of the late John William Robinson, Jr. and the late Pegigene Halyard Robinson. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of Sumter; a brother, Dr. John William Robinson III (Billie) of Mt. Pleasant; a niece, Taylor Gentile (Brett) of Annapolis, MD; and a nephew, John William Robinson IV (Kristen) of Raleigh, NC.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church with Pastor Laura Whitt officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Phil Eskew, Dale Atkinson, Jim Bowman, Dr. Gee Rabon, Gil Burger and Jay Lowder.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home & Crematorium, 515 Miller Road, Sumter.
