The second annual Expungement and Pardon Summit will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 21, at the Clarendon County Courthouse, located at 3 West Keitt St. in Manning.
The event is hosted by the Honorable Shanita Brangman, Clarendon County Clerk of Court, and will feature special guest Mechelle Potts, coordinator for the Sumter County Solicitor’s Office.
