Clarendon Hall Varsity softball defeats Andrew Jackson Academy 21-6

Clarendon Hall’s varsity girls defeated Andrew Jackson Academy 21-6 Tuesday to improve to 5-1 on the season. Mandy Wells picked up the win in the circle pitching 5 innings, striking out 4 batters while giving up 10 hits. Colleen McIntosh entered the game in the 6th inning in relief striking out 4 batters in the final two frames. Lacey Corbett and Olivia Wilson led the Lady Saints offensively with 5 hits each on the night, and each had 4 RBI’s. McKenley Wells, Mandy Wells, Ashley Timmons, Maggie Harrington and Sidney Berry had multiple hits for the Lady Saints. The Lady Saints host Dorchester Academy Thursday night in Summerton.
