Clarendon Hall shifts to all remote learning

Posted
From Clarendon Hall: As of today, we have approximately 25% of our student body and 20% of our staff either diagnosed with Covid-19 or quarantined because of being a close contact of a confirmed case. As a result, we will shift to our remote learning platform beginning tomorrow, Thursday, January 14 through Friday, January 22. We will still observe the scheduled holiday on Monday, January 18. In addition to our campus being closed for in-person instruction, all games, practices, and extracurricular activities are suspended. Teaching and learning will continue. Students will be bringing home their laptops and learning materials today, and teachers will be contacting them with assignments and scheduled instruction times. The school office will be open normal operating hours. We plan to reopen our campus Monday, January 25. We understand the impact this has on our students and parents and made this decision after consulting with local health officials. The well-being of our students and staff is very important to us. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. We pray those impacted recover quickly.
