The complainant explained that on Saturday, Oct. 5, a subject by the name of Black came to his residence and asked to use the complainant’s black iPhone 15 to make a phone call. The complainant described the phone as a black iPhone 15 with a black case valued at $1,200. The complainant disclosed that when he noticed Black did not return his cell phone after leaving out of the residence, he tried to wait to see if Black would return the cell phone without police involvement. He stated he has attempted to call the phone multiple times but no one is answering it.

MALICIOUS INJURY TO PERSONAL PROPERTY

On Oct. 4, an officer was dispatched to a residence within the city limits of manning in reference to malicious injury to personal property that had already occurred. Once on the scene, the complainant advised that her child’s father, suspect Joseph Kennedy IV, broke her car window. She stated she and Joseph have been separate and that Joseph is upset over this. She advised she was sitting at home in her car relaxing before going inside when she saw Joseph pull in behind her in his black Ford F150. Joseph then got out of the vehicle, telling her to get back into a relationship with him. The complainant said she felt unsure about the situation so she tried to drive away. This is when something hit the rear of her car, a silver Honda Accord, and broke the back glass. The complainant said that by the time she turned the car sideways to look behind her, since she couldn’t see out of the back glass, Joseph had already left the area. She stated that when she got out of the vehicle she discovered a bag full of security video cameras. The officer viewed the broken glass that appeared to be $300 in damages. The complainant stated that the security cameras were previously stolen from her by Joseph, which had been reported before. The officer provided the complainant with a victim’s sheet and case number. Body cameras were used.
