Clarendon County Sheriff Tim Baxley was the recipient of The Inspirational Award of 2024. He is the first to receive this award from the SC Coroners Association because of his invaluable support and team work to Clarendon County Coroner Jacqueline Blackwell and for his exemplary commitment to the citizens of Clarendon County and across this state.
