Daniel Spulecki Sr., 63, has been accused and arrested for possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material (child pornography).
Spulecki, of Manning, was charged with two counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor, four felonies in all. All four charges are punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Spulecki was held in the Clarendon County Detention Center.
