The City of Manning will be holding a District 5 clean-up on Saturday, Sept. 7. Those who would like to assist in the clean-up and be a part of making the community matchless in beauty and hospitality should meet with the group at the corner of Allendale and Boyce Streets at 8:30 a.m. Bags, gloves, and other supplies will be provided.
Community clean-up operations are essential for keeping the city tidy and appealing for tourists and residents alike. They also bring the community together and establish a sense of pride.
