Charleston Sheriff's arrested Marquice Rashawn Elmore, 24, in connection with a Charleston County killing.
Elmore, 24, was born and raised in the New Zion area of Clarendon County, and is charged with one count of murder, one count of armed robbery, and one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Police responded to the 1700 block of Savannah Highway in Charleston around 3pm after receiving a call about an unresponsive body.
Brenden Gaskins, was pronounced dead and his death ruled a homicide.
Police arrested Elmore for this homicide with the help of Clarendon and Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Offices.
