The Clarendon County Sheriff's Office is currently seeking information on the whereabouts of Neil "Doc" David (DOB 09/14/1969). David was last seen on Sunday, August 23, 2020 leaving from Manning Lane Apartments between 7:00-7:30pm. David left riding a black Kimco Scooter and was wearing blue jeans, a blue shirt with red on it, a neon green safety vest, and his helmet. David does suffer from epilepsy but keeps his medication on him normally. Anyone having information, please contact the Clarendon County Sheriff's Office Investigations Division at 803-435-4414.
