Boundary Street between Boyce and Keitt streets was temporarily closed Wednesday morning as crews continue waterline upgrades in the downtown area, according to city officials.
City Administrator John Singh said the main waterline improvements requiring the primary closure were completed last week. The current closure appears to be temporary as crews finalize remaining work.
Singh said the city is targeting completion in this area of the project by the end of the week.
Motorists are advised to use caution in the area and seek alternate routes while work continues.
