Dear Valued Water Customers,
Beginning January 1, 2024, per the Clarendon County Treasurer’s Office, we will be converting all customers on the Clarendon County Water System to automatic bank draft payment. This will be implemented at no cost to you, the customer. You may also mail in your payment or bring it by our office in person at the County Administration Building, located at 411 Sunset Drive in Manning.
You will continue to receive a monthly statement and your payment will be drafted from your account on the 15th of each month (or around the due date) Our office staff is available to assist you with setting this up anytime. You can also simply fill out the information on the back of the enclosed statement and send a voided check with your completed/signed form.
Approximately half of our customer base already uses this method, and it is seamless, convenient, and timely to avoid late fees. If you are among those already utilizing automatic bank draft, please disregard this correspondence. To our existing customers that will be converting over by January 1, 2024, we are available to address any questions or concerns that you may have.
