A Powerball® ticket worth $150,000 was sold in Manning, and lottery officials say the lucky player should check their numbers.

The winning ticket was purchased at QuikTrip #7138, located at 2840 Paxville Highway, for the Wednesday, Dec. 10 Powerball drawing, according to the South Carolina Education Lottery.

The ticket matched four of the first five numbers plus the Powerball, a combination with odds of 1 in 913,129. The winning numbers were 10, 16, 29, 33 and 69, with Powerball 22. The PowerPlay® multiplier was 3.

The Manning ticket was one of two $150,000 Powerball winners sold in South Carolina for the drawing. The other winning ticket was sold at a CVS Pharmacy in North Charleston. A separate ticket with DoublePlay® worth $50,000 was sold in Lexington.

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes. Information on claiming prizes is available at sceducationlottery.com.

The local win comes as Powerball excitement continues to build statewide. With no jackpot winner in recent drawings, the Powerball jackpot has climbed to an estimated $1.1 billion ahead of Monday night’s drawing, making it the game’s sixth-largest jackpot ever.

Lottery officials said the drawing, scheduled for 10:59 p.m., marks the 43rd drawing in the current jackpot run. If won, the estimated cash payout would be $503.4 million.

The jackpot was last hit on Sept. 6, when two tickets sold in Missouri and Texas split a $1.78 billion prize.

Tickets for the Powerball game are available at most grocery stores and convenience stores across South Carolina. The odds of winning the jackpot are approximately 1 in 293 million.

The South Carolina Education Lottery reminds players that proceeds from ticket sales support education in the state through scholarships, grants and other programs, while also funding prizes, retailer commissions and operating costs.

Lottery officials also encourage players to play responsibly.
