   Joseph Cantey Elliott, Sr., 79, widower of Frances Horton Elliott, died Saturday, March 9, 2019, at his home.

   Born January 22, 1940, in Summerton, he was a son of the late Robert Venning and the late Julia Anderson Cantey Elliott.
