More than 500 children were accompanied by their parents to various festivities Monday night in downtown Manning to celebrate Halloween. The events included Trick-or-Treat on Main Street, Sen. Kevin Johnson's annual Halloween Bash, the Manning United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch and various trunk-or-treats.
