$10,000 reward offered for gun theft arrests

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation have offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the suspects responsible for the theft of more than $20,000 in firearms from a Sumter gun store.

Two unidentified males broke into Tony's Guns and Police Supply, 4308 Broad St. in Sumter, about 1:56 a.m. Aug. 5, allegedly stealing several firearms before fleeing.

The crime is being investigated by ATF and the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
