"This is an independent company that is not working with the city of Manning on any water quality projects," the post stats. "The City of Manning does not endorse this company." According to a post about the company from an independent website, bottles are left and residents are asked to take samples of water, only to be given a sales opportunities when, if ever, the samples come back.
